Do you know how game speed impacts guests in your casino? Jordan Whitten breaks down how calculating game speed is an important part of providing guests with the right experience.

“For us to truly understand game speed, I think also adds an element of truly understanding how a game plays, because game speed is tied directly to the amount of times I have to bet. The faster a game is the more bets I am going to play to fill my time. And the slower a game is, the less bets I’m going to play. Which then means it's tied to coin in, which then means its tied to theoretical, which then means its tied to actual, its tied to occupancy, so it’s a hugely important number to us.”
