Behavioral Analytics: The Path to Personalization

VizExplorer's Dr. Ralph Thomas scheduled to speak at Casino Marketing & Technology Conference 2017

If you're heading to Las Vegas for the Casino Marketing & Technology Conference July 18-20, please mark your calendars! VizExplorer Chief Data Scientist Dr. Ralph Thomas is scheduled to present a session titled Behavioral Analytics: The Path to Personalization at 9:45am on Wednesday, July 19. Casinos marketers looking to gain a competitive advantage won't want to miss this.

Date: Wednesday, July 19, 2017

Time: 9:45-10:45am

Location: Bally's Las Vegas

Presentation Description:
Marketers send the same offers, whether customers respond or not, and too often fall into the trap of not really listening. Predicting customer behavior, based on the things that they are telling us every day, and having business rules that react accordingly, will enable casinos to differentiate themselves and keep pace with the broader world of consumer technology, where such things are already starting to happen routinely. By predicting individual actions instead of applying a metric for a group of customers, casinos will be much better positioned to solidify personal ties and gain competitive advantage. In this session, Dr. Ralph Thomas of VizExplorer, a pioneer in the area of operational intelligence for casinos, will outline the path to getting beyond cookie-cutter, ADT-driven marketing to customer interactions that represent intelligent responses to individual behaviors.
