VizExplorer Announces Significant Sales Growth in 2017

Strategic new partnerships and products that expand the ecosystem on display at G2E 2017

October 4, 2017, San Diego, CA – VizExplorer, a leading provider of operational intelligence solutions to the gaming industry, today announced that it achieved 89 percent of 2016’s total sales in the first half of 2017, and a doubling of revenues each year for the past four years.

This year, VizExplorer focused on ecosystem growth with enhancements to its Data Integration Hub and strategic new partnerships that gave rise to new products; healthy sales growth among new and existing customers; and expansion beyond the domestic casino market. Looking ahead, it plans to upgrade the VizExplorer® technology platform for scalability, portability and performance, and continue to build an interoperable ecosystem of capabilities to help solve customers’ business challenges.

In the lead up to G2E 2017, VizExplorer announced tableViz™ with ChipVue, a collaboration with ARB LABS to enable accurate player evaluation and optimization of table games. The company also partnered with Engaged Nation and will work together to help casinos expand their digital marketing capabilities and drive online brand engagement. Launched in the first half of 2017, CashInsite™ with Everi IQ™ is a joint solution with Everi Payments that delivers new capabilities to inform marketing campaigns with player insights that encourage play and visits.

Between 2009 and 2017, VizExplorer products were installed more than 1600 times at more than 600 casinos on six continents. Recently, the company entered into a multi-year agreement with the United States’ third largest Indian Nation. Under the agreement, Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma will use all current and future VizExplorer technologies in its tribal gaming and non-gaming businesses. Other new customers include Bear River Casino, Colusa Casino, Graton Resort & Casino, Sycuan Casino and Valley View Casino of California, Spirit Mountain Casino of Oregon, Nisqually Red Wind Casino and Suquamish Clearwater Casino Resort of Washington, Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino of Nevada, Ute Mountain Casino, Hotel & Resort of Colorado, San Felipe Casino of New Mexico, Oaklawn Racing & Gaming of Arkansas, Tonkawa Casinos of Oklahoma, Shooting Star Casino of Minnesota, Potawatomi Hotel & Casino and LCO Casino of Wisconsin, and Indiana Grand Casino & Racing and Hoosier Park Racing & Casino of Indiana.

VizExplorer boasts a 95 percent customer retention rate, and this year extended contracts with several existing customers, including 7 Clans Casinos, Boyd Gaming, Chinook Winds Casino Resort, Coeur d'Alene Casino, Foxwoods Resort Casino, JACK Entertainment, Menominee Casino Resort, Monarch Casino & Resort, Inc., Mystic Lake Casino Hotel, Soboba Casino and Thunder Valley Casino Resort. On track to capture nearly a third of the U.S. casino market by the end of 2017, the company is now setting its sights on the international market. VizExplorer recently signed Mazagan Beach & Golf Resort and Les Ambassadeurs Club & Casino, its first customers in Africa and in the United Kingdom, respectively. International growth is expected to continue with the hire of UK-based Fivos Polymniou, the former IGT and Scientific Games sales executive, to oversee EMEA, APAC, LATAM and the Caribbean.
