The upgrade is designed to streamline the campaignViz user interface and improve how users build, run and manage marketing campaigns. Highlights include: - *Rules Engine*, a required component to build segmented campaigns, create offers and assign them to distinct audiences, has been fully integrated into the campaignViz interface–significantly reducing the number of steps to execute a common, yet critical function. - Widely regarded as campaignViz’s most valuable feature, *Test and Control* has been updated to support campaigns with multiple audience segments. Marketers will be able to run Test and Control analysis on multiple segments simultaneously, reducing the time it takes to identify the most likely segment to redeem the offer for maximum return on marketing investment. - *General user interface improvements* have also been made, including iconography and subtle brand changes to maximize usability and reflect the company’s updated look and feel. - A core component of the VizExplorer product suite designed to enhance casinos’ database marketing campaign management, customer segmentation and reporting abilities, campaignViz is currently installed at more than 300 gaming venues managed by 61 operators. “This upgrade represents months of hard work following many rounds of customer feedback.
