On April 10, VizExplorer founder and CTO Andrew Cardno is honored to join a group of technology visionaries in a Master Class titled Technology of Gaming. The panelists will discuss 2017’s technology trends and implications for tribal gaming operators. On April 11, Cardno will lead Protecting Data Integrity in Indian Country, a panel focused on potential threats to tribal sovereignty from the new administration and strategies for protecting valuable tribal data. Cardno will moderate the discussion among two tribal attorneys, a political science professor, and a member of a Southern California gaming commission, and tease out practical approaches for tribal bodies facing federal intrusion.
On the same day, VizExplorer’s Chief Data Scientist Dr. Ralph Thomas will present Outcome vs Optimization Metrics: Actionable Gaming Floor Analytics From WPU To Cannibalization & Everything In Between. In this session, he will explore the difference between Outcome and Optimization metrics and dive deep to highlight how players are affected by slot floor changes, and how these changes can impact revenues.
VizExplorer Industry Specialist Jordan Whitten rounds out the company’s speaking engagements as a panelist in a session titled Class II as an Incubator. Panelists will discuss recent advances in Class II gaming systems and share their insights into what lies ahead for Class II Gaming.
