Patent will kick off **Episode 2** of the **2019 UNLV Gaming & Hospitality Education Series**—**Operators Vs. Manufacturers: Making Peace**—on **March 21** **at 9:00 a.m.** with a plea for more cooperation and collaboration between suppliers and operators.

****9:00 – 9:30 a.m. - **Setting the Stage: Walking the Walk**

Relations between operators and suppliers are always cordial—after all, you can’t have one without the other. But when it comes down to using the games, systems and peripherals to their best and most efficient use, it sometimes falls short. At this session, David Patent, who has worked for operators and suppliers, talks about how more communication and discussion is needed between the parties to create a truly special customer experience.
