Brian Eby, the CEO and general manager of Greektown in Detroit, is now the senior vice president of gaming operations for Rock Gaming, which purchased Greektown Casino-Hotel in April 2013.

Eby replaces Jason Gregorec in that position. Gregorec becomes CEO and GM of Greektown.

Eby, a New Mexico State University graduate, started at Rock Gaming in March 2014. He has also held executive-level positions with Las Vegas-based Warner Gaming LLC and Station Casinos LLC, also based in Las Vegas.

Gregorec, who started at Rock Gaming in May as corporate vice president of gaming operations, has held executive management positions at Green Valley Ranch Casino Resort & Spa in Henderson, Nev., Majestic Star Casino-Hotel in Gary, Ind., and Tropicana Evansville in Indiana.

Mark Dunkeson, president and COO of Rock Gaming, said in a news release that Eby's and Gregorec's "significant experience and strong leadership skills are vital to our company's future."
