Cardno touches on the importance of growing the Indian Country outside of the typical gaming industry. Expanding into ventures such as land development, farming, finance and government contracts, will prove to broaden the future economic development of the Indian Nation. Indian country, in my view, has changed dramatically over time and continues to change. When it starts out and people first establish their casino, all their energy and resources are focused on making that business work and building it out the right way. Over time, they diversify but based around the gaming operations such as adding hotels, food and beverage services, and resorts. However, in the end you’ve reached the gradient where you can no longer grow that business, It’s as good as it can be done. Then the question becomes, ‘What do you diversify into next, and how do I grow my business more?’ I’m seeing wonderful developments, farming, finance, and diversification into government contracts. When I look at the more established diversified organizations, I see a business that spans many different industries and places. If you want to hear more about our views on diversification and how we can help the Indian Country, please come to our website www.vizexplorer.com and request a demo from one of our industry experts and they’ll take you through it.” Topics: [News](https://blog.vizexplorer.com/old/topic/news) ## About vizExplorer The VizExplorer software makes life easier, more productive and profitable for virtually any business.
